




**Reception and Budgeting Assistant** **Main Responsibilities** * Provide in-person and online (e-mail, WhatsApp, and telephone) customer, visitor, and supplier service; * Provide administrative support to the sales and management teams; prepare customized budgets in PowerPoint; * Enter budgets and related information into the company’s internal system; * Research and select components from suppliers, ensuring compatibility with projects; perform cost calculations for budget preparation; **Job Requirements** * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Organized, proactive profile with strong verbal and written communication skills; * Clear diction and professional demeanor when interacting with individuals across various departments and hierarchical levels; * Commercial orientation to serve clients and professionals, especially in the absence of assigned consultants. **Benefits**: Transportation Allowance (VT), Meal Voucher R$29.80 (paid in cash), Basic Food Basket, and Medical & Dental Insurance (coverage begins after probationary period). **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM with a 2-hour break; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour break.
