To learn more about the hiring company, visit: https://www.umbrellagrc.com **Responsibilities and Duties** **Area of Activity: IT \-** Technical Support and Information Security, focused on networks and infrastructure **What You Will Do (Key Activities):** * **Infrastructure Support:** Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and operating system (Windows/Microsoft 365\) issues. * **Workstation Setup:** Configure computers, install peripherals, and ensure user connectivity. * **AppSheet Development:** Create, update, and maintain internal applications on the Google AppSheet platform for process automation. * **Data Logic:** Manipulate spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) serving as databases for developed systems. * **Documentation:** Create simple user manuals and document infrastructure routines and application workflows. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Seek (Requirements):** * Students enrolled in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT Management, or related fields (minimum third semester). * Basic knowledge of hardware, networks, and operating systems. * Programming Logic: Understanding of conditional flows (If/Then), variables, and data structures. * Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel (formulas, tables, filters). * Must reside in: Arthur Nogueira, Jaguariúna, or Holambra. **Differentiators (The "Extra Something"):** * Prior exposure to or development of projects using AppSheet (or similar tools such as Power Apps). * Knowledge of relational databases. * Proactivity in suggesting technological improvements to processes **Additional Information** **The company offers:** * Internship stipend: R$1\.200; * Transportation allowance; * Possibility of contract extension and/or full-time employment. **Internship Schedule:** * 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour break * Hybrid model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote **Internship Location:** * Holambra\-SP \- Downtown The Instituto Via de Acesso is a non-profit association whose primary purpose is educational, philanthropic, and social assistance activities, including providing free professional training and integrating young people and adults into the labor market through Internship and Apprenticeship programs.
