




Responsible for executing and monitoring all Personnel Department processes, ensuring compliance with labor and social security obligations in accordance with current legislation. Supports employees and managers, ensuring smooth personnel operations and proper organization of departmental documents. **Key Responsibilities:** * Process employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers in the system; * Perform payroll calculations, including vacation pay, 13th salary, severance payments, and labor charges; * Manage and record employee benefits (e.g., transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health plans, etc.); * Generate and verify ancillary obligations such as eSocial, SEFIP, CAGED, DIRF, and RAIS; * Maintain up-to-date employee records and files; * Monitor electronic timekeeping systems and track employee leaves of absence; * Support the preparation of departmental reports and performance indicators; * Provide guidance to employees and managers on labor-related matters. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in the Personnel Department; * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Proficiency in payroll systems and eSocial; * Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel); * Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred. **Desired Profile:** Organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and possessing strong interpersonal communication skills.
