Diverse support in organizing events and handling internal requests Position: Administrative Assistant **Location:** Americana **Salary:** R$ 2\.100,00 Responsibilities * Support in the institution's administrative routines; * Member service and support (in-person, phone, and WhatsApp); * Organization and updating of documents, spreadsheets, and databases; * Assistance in issuing and verifying administrative documents and reports; * Support in organizing events, meetings, and internal requests; * Liaison with different departments to support operational activities. Requirements * Completed high school education (higher education in Administration, Business Management, or related fields is preferred); * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Ability to handle public-facing service effectively. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in administrative routines; * Experience in customer or member service.
