Job Summary: Work as a PMO on strategic projects within the Ingredients Directorate, optimizing industrial processes with advanced technologies and ensuring operational excellence. Key Highlights: 1. In addition to Brazil, Minerva Foods operates in Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, and owns specialized sheep processing plants in Australia. With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products marketed to customers worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as PMO for projects alongside the Ingredients Directorate; * Map and standardize industrial processes across Latin America, implementing advanced technologies such as automation and artificial intelligence; * Develop strategic projects to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and meet market demands (new processes or our products), while also managing supplier qualification; * Ensure operational excellence during factory expansion or optimization. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as a PMO for strategic ingredient projects, with responsibility for planning, execution, schedule control, cost management, risk management, and industrial performance indicators; * Solid experience in developing, specifying, and implementing equipment and new technologies applied to animal rendering processes, including international experience, participation in global projects, technical benchmarking, and interaction with suppliers and engineering centers; * Proficiency in project and maintenance management methodologies and tools, such as physical\-financial scheduling, asset management, reliability, maintenance indicators, risk analysis, and continuous improvement; * Expertise in industrial automation systems, as well as computer vision applications for process control, quality assurance, operational safety, and traceability in the rendering process.
