Promote service quality and efficiency **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:15, with a 1-hour and 15-minute lunch break **Level:** Management and Executive **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Implement relationship-building strategies with cooperative members, including portfolio management of products and services; * Provide support to business and PA-related process teams; * Market existing portfolio products and services to achieve profitability and portfolio expansion; * Promote service quality, efficiency, and standardization; meet established targets; and offer product and service solutions aligned with expectations and member retention within the assigned area of responsibility; * Perform other duties related to the position as required by the Cooperative or as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** Education: Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; Postgraduate studies or an MBA in management-related areas is desirable; Preferably reside in Santa Bárbara D'Oeste/SP or nearby region; Valid ANBIMA certification or higher; Experience in people management, including team leadership and employee development; Knowledge of the financial market and economic environment; Relationship management and commercial portfolio experience; Familiarity with financial indicator analysis; Strong writing and reading comprehension skills; Driver's license category B and highway driving experience; Personal vehicle; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Willingness to travel. **Benefits:** Disclosed during the interview
