**Responsibilities:** * Responsible for supervising and monitoring outsourced teams in ongoing contracts, ensuring compliance with established quality standards; * Monitor and oversee cleaning services, loading and unloading operations, and other operational activities; * Monitor floor maintenance and treatment services, ensuring proper application of techniques and products; * Conduct training and guide employees on the appropriate and safe use of cleaning equipment and materials; * Lead and coordinate operational teams, promoting organization, efficient performance, and achievement of goals; * Encourage employee engagement and motivation, contributing to a collaborative and productive work environment; * Maintain clear, assertive, and continuous communication with teams, clients, and managers. **Requirements:** * Previous experience as an Operational Supervisor, preferably in outsourcing service companies and/or event companies; * ***Must have own vehicle;*** * Practical knowledge of professional cleaning routines, floor treatment, and handling of specific equipment; * Ability to train and guide teams; * Availability and flexibility to work on variable shifts; * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in related fields is desirable). **Salary:** Salary + meal allowance of R$ 21.50 (per workday) + Fuel + Vehicle Depreciation + Health Insurance Plan with 50% company co-payment + Hazard Pay Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2,000.00 – R$2,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site
