Job Summary: Professional responsible for environmental licensing management, solid waste management, and implementation of Integrated Management Systems, providing technical and strategic support to SESMT. Key Highlights: 1. Environmental licensing management and liaison with regulatory agencies 2. Implementation of Integrated Management Systems (ISO 14001, 45001, 9001) 3. Technical support to SESMT and indirect leadership **We count on you to** • Manage and monitor environmental licensing processes (EIA/RIMA, water use permits, authorizations, and legal requirements). • Interface and liaise with regulatory agencies. • Manage solid waste and sustainability indicators. • Implement Integrated Management Systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001\). • Analyze and investigate incidents (root cause analysis). • Serve as a trainer for Safety training programs, especially NRs: 05, 06, 11, 12, 20, 23, 33, and 35\. • Provide technical and strategic support to the SESMT team, exercising indirect leadership, with the objective of becoming the area’s coordination backup. **Is this role right for you?** Requirements: • Technical degree in Occupational Safety and mandatory undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering or related fields (Sanitary Engineering, Agronomy, etc.). • Experience in industrial environments. • Proven experience in environmental management and interaction with regulatory bodies. • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. • Familiarity with legal compliance management platforms (e.g., Magnet or similar). • Desired experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as TPM or WCM.
