Join our TEAM and contribute to the rapid growth of a company that values unity, quality, and believes that change is essential for continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Customer service experience (telephone and email); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Residence in Sumaré or surrounding region. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Completed technical course in Chemistry or Environmental Science; * Knowledge of environmental legislation; * Familiarity with atmospheric emission sampling and analysis methodologies. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of technical and commercial proposals in Word/Excel; * Filling out spreadsheets for proposal tracking/generation of performance indicators; * Collecting missing information from clients to ensure accurate pricing; * Telephone customer support; * Quoting third-party laboratories for analyses; * Quoting supplies/materials required for sample collection; * Uploading proposals to client portals; * Completing registration forms; * Sending company documents to clients for approval—via email/portal; * Creating processes in myLIMS; * Generating measurement reports and billing orders in myLIMS; * Creating Internal Requests (RI) in the Volpe system. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM.
