Description

Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining electrical installations, circuits, and equipment, as well as leading building and civil maintenance teams to ensure proper operation and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and maintenance of electrical installations and equipment. 2. Leadership of teams in building, civil, and air conditioning system maintenance. 3. Execution of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining electrical installations, circuits, and equipment such as diesel\-generators, UPS systems, hydraulic pumps, distribution panels, electrical control systems, emergency lighting systems, static parallel switches, transfer switches between diesel\-generator and utility grid, power transformers, and other medium- and low-voltage equipment at designated locations * Responsible for performing periodic inspection rounds on equipment, taking consumption and performance measurements of equipment/installations, executing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, and providing technical supervision of third-party contractors performing specialized maintenance services * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment according to the activity schedule * Responsible for leading a team engaged in maintenance and conservation of building facilities, including masonry, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, performing repairs and fixes * Responsible for leading a team engaged in maintenance and conservation of air\-conditioning and pumping system equipment and appliances, guided by drawings, schematics, instructions, and other specific documentation * Respond to building maintenance requests by assessing reported issues and seeking the most efficient and safe solution * Responsible for leading a team performing routine civil maintenance activities, including minor floor and wall repairs, painting, hydraulic, and pneumatic services * Implement actions to maintain facilities in good working condition and ensure safe working conditions * Manage the asset control of items assigned to the professional, maintaining accurate records * Submit to the supervisor a list of materials required for adequate corrective or preventive maintenance * Ensure that the maintenance team uses individual and collective protective equipment * Be familiar with the PMOC (Preventive Maintenance and Operation Plan) and specify materials used in Work Orders * Periodically submit maintenance reports via WEB **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, Electroelectronics, or related fields * Prior experience in building infrastructure maintenance * Knowledge of managerial activities * Experience in team leadership * Intermediate Office suite proficiency **Location:** São Paulo\-SP Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level) * Group Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Health Insurance * Medical Assistance / Group Medicine * Dental Assistance * Food Voucher * Transportation Allowance * Basic Food Basket
