Job Summary: Professional responsible for analyzing and understanding business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, performing system testing, and supporting users. Key Highlights: 1. Interaction with business areas and technical teams **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. Experience in systems analysis, business process analysis, or system testing. Knowledge of process and business rule documentation. Preferred Qualifications: \- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP \- Prior experience with e-commerce \- Experience with system integrations \- Knowledge of SQL **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Analysis and understanding of business processes \- Requirements gathering and documentation \- System testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) \- User support and issue resolution \- Monitoring system integration and improvement implementations \- Interaction with business areas and technical teams **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **BENEFITS:** Breakfast On-site meal allowance Chartered transportation (subject to route analysis) or on-site parking Partnerships with SESC, SENAC, and Anhanguera University Wellhub Compensation: R$4\.000,00 per month Selection Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
