Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical Performance Consultant to translate corporate strategy into concrete action plans and ensure effective frontline execution, managing Logistics Operators (LOs) and monitoring KPIs. Key Highlights: 1. Lead with impact and optimize workflows 2. Work in a high-pressure and dynamic environment 3. Focus on partner relationships and results Company Overview: If, for you, technology exists to improve life’s journey, it does for our team too: Your Journey, Our Path. We believe in technology that connects talented people doing great work—and that embraces diversity to create and share even the paths we (still!) don’t yet know. We work to generate value not only for our users but, above all, for the communities we serve and society at large—making people’s lives better through services that simplify daily life—whether mobility and delivery services (99) or digital payments (99Pay). To simplify the lives of millions of people every day, since 2018 we have been part of DiDi Global Inc., the world’s largest ride-hailing and mobility technology platform. We are pioneers in developing innovative solutions born in Brazil and scaled globally to deliver positive impact across more than 12 countries where DiDi operates. These innovations span sustainability, safety, artificial intelligence, financial markets, and much more. Whether building projects from scratch or refining our existing solutions, we embrace challenges that give us butterflies in our stomach—and that’s why we operate at an accelerated pace, grounded in respect, collaboration, and good humor. On this journey, we also grow stronger through diverse experiences and perspectives—learning together, failing fast, learning, and adjusting our path to build solutions that yield even better outcomes. #LI-Hybrid Team Overview: We are looking for a Logistics Account Manager passionate about challenges, exceptionally organized, and deeply results-oriented. If you have a proven track record in managing and developing last-mile suppliers and field teams, this is the perfect opportunity to join us! Here, you’ll have the chance to lead with impact, optimize workflows, and apply your analytical skills to continuously enhance our processes. We seek a professional who can drive operational efficiency and team performance while serving as an outstanding facilitator of cross-departmental collaboration. If you have experience managing external operations and implementing improvements that align operations with business objectives, we want you on our team! If you’re ready to make a difference and grow with 99, this role is for you. Come transform the future of operations and join an innovative, dynamic team! Work Model: Hybrid/Field-based (focus on partner visits + 1 fixed day per week in the office) Location: Belo Horizonte/MG Level: Senior Role Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly analytical Performance Consultant to translate corporate strategy into concrete action plans and ensure effective frontline execution. Your primary objective will be to guarantee operational excellence across our Logistics Operators (LOs), acting consultatively to diagnose bottlenecks, propose solutions, and elevate service levels in operational areas. You will serve as the voice of the field within the company—and the voice of the company in the field. * Manage relationships with LO owners and managers, acting as the “account manager.” * Conduct periodic management rituals (weekly/monthly performance review meetings), presenting results and performance diagnostics. * Develop and monitor action plans (PDCA) to correct indicator deviations. * Ensure partner adherence to the company’s quality standards and compliance requirements. * Perform tactical demand vs. capacity planning for your portfolio of LOs. * Operationalize system escalations, ensuring alignment with the plan. * Monitor operations in real time alongside partners. * Monitor operational KPIs and fleet lifecycle daily (onboarding, engagement, and churn). * Translate raw dashboard data into actionable business insights to guide LO decision-making. Role Qualifications: * Experience: Prior experience in logistics operations, last-mile delivery, transportation management, or franchise/partner management. * Analytical Profile: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, database manipulation); knowledge of SQL; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase) is a plus. * Problem Solving: Ability to examine poor metrics, investigate root causes, and propose practical solutions. * Influence & Negotiation: Skill in diplomatically and collaboratively holding third-party partners accountable for results, building long-term relationships. * Availability: This role is predominantly field-based (visits). Candidates must be available for frequent travel within the operational region. * **Resilience: Ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, dynamic environment (characteristic of retail/logistics).** EEO Statement: * We Create Value for Users — We exist to do what’s best for our users and innovate to stay ahead. We strive for balance among experience, efficiency, and growth—with safety always our top priority. * We Are Data-Driven — We believe in data-informed decision making. Through numbers, we navigate our business strategically. * We Are Owners and Results-Oriented — We go beyond personal interests to focus on what’s best for DiDi. We always deliver on our commitments and pursue excellence in execution—setting a high bar and giving our absolute best in everything we do. * We Always Build Together — Together, we are stronger. We keep open minds and row with respect, empathy, and trust in one another. We listen to everyone before deciding—and once we decide, we deliver collectively, even if we disagree. * We Are Integrous — Integrity is our foundation—the line we never cross. We communicate honestly and transparently, listen to all voices, and always do what’s right. * We Develop One Another — Our growth comes from constantly stepping outside our comfort zones. We embrace challenges, surpass ourselves, and strive for excellence in everything we do. From day one, we develop ourselves and help those around us grow too—raising our collective bar. * We Work with Passion & Fun — We are utterly passionate about what we do. We maintain a light, optimistic spirit, infusing our environment with positive energy. We are resilient, unafraid of tackling challenges, and always celebrate our successes. * We Live Diversity — For us, the heart of diversity is inclusion, equality, and respect. We believe diversity fosters a more creative and energetic environment—so we celebrate differences, and everyone here can truly be themselves. **Diversity and Inclusion** Diversity is not a vision of the future or a wish for something we hope to achieve someday—it is a non-negotiable value of who we are today. We live inclusion, plurality, and respect—and to do so, we rely on governance from our Diversity Committee, which works closely with HR, leadership, and identity-based groups—99Adapta, 99Afro, 99Cores, 99Mulheres, and 99Famílias. This is our written journey—one still with much ground left to cover.
