




Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for time tracking, payroll processing, hiring/termination procedures, vacation management, and employee support. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support to employees across various requests **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Time tracking and electronic time clock processing (recording justifications, allowances, overtime hours, and time banks); \- Finalizing payroll time records with partner accounting firm; \- Managing hiring and termination processes (collecting documents, system registration, document verification); \- Monitoring and managing vacations, leaves, absences, and contract expiration dates; \- Maintaining up-to-date employee records in internal systems; \- Providing employee support for inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, vacations, time tracking, and legal obligations; \- Assisting in organizing and archiving departmental documents; \- Supporting other activities within the department. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Accounting, or related fields; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level, with emphasis on Excel); \- Basic to intermediate knowledge of labor and social security legislation; \- Preferred: Payroll management systems (e.g., Domínio, TOTVS, ADP, Senior, etc.); \- Preferred: Familiarity with eSocial and other ancillary obligations; \- Organizational skills and attention to detail; \- Discretion and responsibility regarding confidential information; \- Proactivity and problem-solving ability; \- Clear and concise communication; \- Strong interpersonal skills; \- Commitment to deadlines and processes.
