Assist the internal sales team in preparing and responding to product quotations requested by customers to capture sales opportunities, while developing their skills and competencies toward becoming an internal sales representative. Handle the internal sales representatives' customer portfolios during their vacations via telephone, e\-mail, Skype, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to maintain relationships and keep sales active. Assist branch management in serving, advising, and processing customer orders—either manually or through KDaPeça. Assist branch management in completing real-time management dashboards for performance indicators and sales campaigns, order entry, factory identification, and customer bonus entries—supporting information management. Support branch management in administrative tasks such as issuing duplicate bank slips, XML files, duplicate invoices, assisting collections, customer service, monitoring electronic time clock records, sending catalogs and promotional items to customers, and other administrative matters. 2510300202211115588
