Focus on customer retention and achievement of targets 1037 \- **COMMERCIAL REPRESENTATIVE** **PIRACICABA/SP** **Responsibilities**: Prospect new clients and build a client portfolio for the Girassol product line; Conduct external visits in Piracicaba and surrounding areas; Carry out direct commercial negotiations with the private market; Maintain active relationships with existing clients to ensure retention; Prepare and present demand, sales, and performance reports; Monitor sales targets and KPIs, proposing improvement strategies. **Requirements**: Prior sales experience in the cleaning products segment with an updated client portfolio; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Proficiency in prospecting and commercial negotiation; Proactivity; Strong communication skills; Dynamism; Organization; Good interpersonal skills; Willingness to travel and possession of a personal vehicle. **Compensation**: R$ 2\.000,00 \+ Commission of 3% to 5%.
