Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM Responsibilities: • Monitor discrepancy tickets (from Suppliers, Carriers, and Customers), route them to the appropriate team for resolution, and track each ticket until closure. • Analyze, control returns and shipments of goods, and propose improvements to the return process. * Interact with sales representatives, transportation, purchasing, sales support, and operational logistics to identify alternative solutions. * Monitor the scrap material process and all stages of materials during shipment. * Negotiate scrap values. * Handle return/defect/substitution processes with suppliers and technical support. * Enter data for issuing invoices (shipments, sales, returns, damage, loss). * Access the system and verify data against respective purchase orders, checking values, quantities, and taxes. * Organize invoice reports, recording data related to document identification, supplier, quantities, values, and taxes posted for control and subsequent payment. * Analyze divergent invoices and coordinate resolutions with the tax or logistics department. * Handle GLPI tickets related to operational issues. * Support supervision in strategic decision-making based on analysis and data. * Mediate discrepancies among purchase orders, invoices, and physical quantities with relevant departments, and reconcile invoices versus purchase orders. * Follow up with responsible departments on pending invoice entries into the system and monitor blind reconciliation processes to ensure effective invoice registration in the system. Requirements: * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree. * Experience in administrative routines. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
