The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience with software compliance, and the ability to collaborate across legal, development, and infrastructure teams. This role involves analyzing complex software systems, identifying third\-party components, and ensuring compliance before deployment. The candidate should be comfortable working in enterprise IT environments and have a solid understanding of software distribution in server and desktop ecosystems. **Position Overview:** We are seeking a skilled professional to support the enforcement of internal policies and licensing obligations related to open\-source software in PC and server environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience with software compliance, and the ability to collaborate across legal, development, and infrastructure teams. This role involves analyzing complex software systems, identifying third\-party components, and ensuring compliance before deployment. The candidate should be comfortable working in enterprise IT environments and have a solid understanding of software distribution in server and desktop ecosystems. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with open\-source software policies across PC and server platforms. * Analyze large\-scale codebases and system architectures to identify third\-party and open\-source components and their licenses. * Operate software analysis and compliance tools to manage license and security issues prior to product release or deployment. * Collaborate with legal and technical stakeholders to define compliance strategies and resolve licensing concerns. * Identify and escalate risks to management and legal teams. * Prepare and present compliance status reports to stakeholders. **Required Skills \& Qualifications:** * 5\+ years relevant experience * Experience with software development or integration in PC and server environments. * Solid understanding of open\-source licenses (e.g., GPL, MIT, Apache). * Hands\-on experience with compliance and security tools such as **FOSSA, SonarQube, Snyk, Black Duck**, or similar platforms. * Proficiency in programming languages such as C, Python, Java, and familiarity with tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Maven. * Experience with operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux, and virtualized environments. * Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. * A proactive, solution\-oriented mindset with attention to detail. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. **Additional Locations**: * Brazil \- São Paulo \- Indaiatuba * Brazil \- São Paulo \- Indaiatuba
