Job Summary: The professional will create and adjust demand or supply planning, analyze shortages, and ensure proper supply, potentially leading the delivery of customer-focused service and continuous improvement. Independent work in a multitasking environment Your Responsibilities: * Create and adjust demand or supply planning according to the agreed planning frequency; * Analyze shortages and ensure correct supply of demands, detailing capacity and costs; * Participate in meetings to align SLAs and key team performance metrics; * May assume leadership to ensure delivery of customer-focused service with emphasis on continuous improvement. What We Expect From You: * Knowledge of Logistics Planning (Demand, Production/Distribution, and Materials Planning processes); * Experience in the consumer goods sector as a Supply Planner or Demand Planner; * Application of supply chain principles in MRP and/or PCP; * Practical knowledge and experience with Excel and ERPs (SAP); * Ability to work independently in a multitasking environment; * Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed; * English proficiency is a plus.
