Job Summary: The professional will drive a vehicle in the field for Drive Test activities, collecting mobile network data and performing functionality tests, following predefined routes and procedures. Collaborate with the team to optimize test routes and results The role involves driving a vehicle in the field for Drive Test activities, including remote collection of 5G, 4G, 3G, and 2G mobile network data, targeted network functionality testing, and other field tasks as requested by the project. * Drive the vehicle along predefined routes for data collection. * Operate drive test equipment according to technical team instructions. * Record basic information regarding routes, timing, and incidents. * Ensure traffic safety and vehicle maintenance. * Follow start-of-route and end-of-route procedures and checklists. * Report technical issues or route-related problems to the supervisor. * Collaborate with the team to optimize test routes and results. Requirements: Mandatory Requirements: * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) with no restrictions. * Prior experience as a driver, delivery person, or in a similar role. * Solid understanding of defensive driving and adherence to traffic regulations. * Availability for travel, working on external routes, and across different regions. * Comfort using basic applications and electronic devices. * Organizational skills to follow defined routes, schedules, and procedures. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with drive testing, telemetry, or field data collection. * Advanced knowledge of navigation applications (e.g., Waze, Google Maps). * Experience working in technology, telecommunications, or logistics companies. * Completion of a defensive driving or traffic safety course.
