To support this mission, Syngenta’s Process Engineering Team is seeking a Senior Process Engineering Analyst in Indaiatuba. This role will: * Create, maintain, control, and improve processes under their responsibility through analyses, studies, research, simulations, reviews, controls, tests, and other methods—applying agile tools and methodologies to ensure process quality in compliance with internal standards and applicable legislation, as well as the Company’s quality, safety, and environmental standards; * Support technical analysis of safety risk mapping; * Lead technical projects by performing and/or coordinating task execution, risk mapping, and process flow definition, as well as resolving issues, promoting communication and engagement, and taking other actions to ensure delivery meeting quality standards; * Maintain up-to-date documentation of area processes and organize such documents on the network according to internal procedures; * Conduct functional training and capacity-building sessions, as well as communicate and align with users to guide and keep them updated on standards, policies, and processes; * Participate in developing processes, work procedures, and flowcharts—including operational and systems assessments, analyses, and studies—and document findings in detail, produce diagrams, and perform other tasks to support area documentation development; * Provide support to production-related areas (PUs) on matters related to process engineering; * Prepare technical reports to meet departmental requirements; * Comply with internal company policies and procedures, including Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety, among others. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Advanced English proficiency; * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; * Knowledge of Agile Methodologies, Chemical Processes, and Project Management. **Preferred:** * MBA or postgraduate degree in Process Management, Project Management, or related fields. **Additional Information** **What We Offer** * A culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion, promotes professional development, and seeks a work-life balance supporting team members.
