Reporting to the Industrial Director and General Management, this role ensures operational efficiency, high-level customer service, and financial sustainability of the service operation. The mission is to ensure on-time delivery, quality of deliverables, cost control, and profitability of the area, as well as proposing continuous improvements to processes, tools, and KPIs. This position acts as the liaison among the technical team, customers, engineering, and other internal departments, ensuring standardization, safety, and technical excellence in operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation, or related fields; postgraduate degree in Project Management, Operations, or related areas. Experience in coordinating technical teams, industrial services, or maintenance. Proficiency in cost and KPI analysis, technical diagnosis, and decision-making. Ability to implement improvements and standardize processes. Familiarity with service management systems, work orders, and operational control. Advanced or fluent English. Willingness to travel.
