Job Summary: Powercoat is seeking a Product and Process Engineering Analyst to contribute to the development of innovative products and efficient processes within a collaborative environment. Analyze scrap and rework indicators to reduce costs **Opportunity:** Powercoat is looking for a Product and Process Engineering Analyst to join our team. This is an opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative products and efficient processes in a collaborative work environment. **Responsibilities:** Lead Advanced Product Quality Planning, ensuring adherence to all milestones in the product launch schedule. Develop and consolidate the production part approval dossier, including Process Flow Diagram, Control Plan, and Work Instructions. Coordinate cross-functional teams for PFMEA development and updates, identifying failure modes and implementing preventive actions. Perform paint consumption calculations (layer/microns), painted area, cycle time (takt time), and painting fixture (hangers) specifications. Establish application parameters (pressure, flow rate, line speed) and oven curing ramps. Analyze scrap and rework indicators to propose process or material changes aimed at cost reduction and improved capability ($Cpk/Ppk$). ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Production, or Materials Engineering). * **Experience:** Solid experience in process engineering within industrial environments (preferably plastic or metallic painting). * **Technical Knowledge:** \* Full mastery of **Core Tools** (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC). * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and automotive OEM specifications. * Experience in process and system audits (VDA 6\.3 or IATF). * **Software:** Advanced Excel (for cost and indicator modeling) and AutoCAD. **Benefits:** * Health insurance with co-payment; * On-site meals; * Transportation allowance; * Absenteeism bonus; * Food basket This opportunity is **on-site**, located at Powercoat's headquarters \- Louveira Unit.
