




Job Summary: A Kitchen Assistant is responsible for pre-preparation, organization, food production, plating, and kitchen sanitation under the guidance of the head chef and sous chef. Focus on environmental and food hygiene in the kitchen SCHEDULE: Night shift: 3:50 PM to 12:10 AM, 24 hours per week, working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Early morning shift: 11:10 PM to 7:30 AM, 24 hours per week, working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Responsibilities: The Kitchen Assistant is fully responsible for pre-preparation, organization, and food production across various kitchen departments, operating entirely under the guidance of the head chef and sous chef.
