Lead internal audits and oversee external audits conducted by customers and certification bodies. Manage quality performance indicators (KPIs) and action plans. Supervise incoming, in-process, and finished product inspections. Engage in supplier development and handling of customer complaints (8D, MASP). Perform tasks pertinent to the routine duties of a Quality Coordinator. Position located in Indaiatuba / SP.
