Job Summary: This role involves controlling material stock, updating operational indicators, managing team advancements, organizing documents, supporting administrative tasks, and assisting with service orders. Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform material stock control and monitoring, recording entries, exits, and restocking levels; * Monitor, update, and disseminate operational indicators, ensuring information remains current for the team; * Manage and request meal and travel advances for teams; * Organize, digitize, and archive physical and digital documents, ensuring easy retrieval and standardization; * Support administrative tasks such as data entry and updating information in systems and spreadsheets; * Create and enter Service Orders (SOs) into the system related to commercial services; * Assist in tracking SOs, ensuring accurate registration and timely updates of information when required. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Administration or Electrical Engineering; * Enrolled in an accredited higher education institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); * At least in the 4th semester and no more than one year away from graduation; * Availability for 6 hours per day during morning shift (7:30 AM to 1:30 PM); **Additional Information** People are our greatest ENERGY.
