If you are seeking a new professional opportunity at a company that invests in its employees and the future, we look forward to your application! **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform initial customer service for Technical Assistance, creating various requests for parts, tools, consumables, and requesting invoices for parts held by the technical team and circulating within the Mobile Calibration Unit; * Enter calibration certificates into the system, update or implement information in internal records for issuing conformity certificates; * Support the technical leader in scheduling activities, contacting customers, filling the schedule, and defining service routes; * Monitor the maintenance process from start to completion. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school education in progress or completed; * Age between 14 and 22 years; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Additional information** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Medical and hospital assistance; * Medication reimbursement; * 50% PLR — Profit or Results Sharing; * Group life insurance; * Educational partnership; * Total Pass; * Christmas basket.
