




Description: Position Objective: Ensure the efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement of CSC processes through monitoring of KPIs and SLAs/OLAs, budget management, process standardization, coordination of strategic initiatives, and relationship management with internal customers. Responsibilities and Duties 1. Indicator and Performance Management* Define, monitor, and report KPIs and SLAs/OLAs. * Create dashboards and analytical reports for leadership review. 2. Budget Planning and Control* Develop and monitor the CSC’s annual budget. * Analyze variances and propose corrective actions. 3. Governance and Internal Customer Relationship* Serve as the primary point of contact for communication and alignment with supported areas. * Lead governance committees and executive meetings. 4. Process Standardization and Improvement* Ensure consistency across CSC processes. * Support automation and digital transformation initiatives. 5. Risk Management and Compliance* Ensure adherence to internal and external standards, policies, and regulations. * Prepare the CSC for internal and external audits. Requirements and Qualifications Tools and Technologies:· Advanced Excel and PowerPoint (including dashboards and pivot tables; VBA desirable).· Power BI or similar BI tool.· Corporate ERP (SAP, Oracle, Totvs or similar).· Project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Monday.com or similar).· BPM tools (Bizagi, Signavio, ARIS or similar) desirable.· SharePoint and collaboration tools (Teams, Miro, Confluence).· Basic RPA knowledge (UiPath, Automation Anywhere or similar) is a plus. Education and Experience:· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems or related fields.· Experience in governance, planning, controlling, or continuous improvement, preferably within CSCs. 2512270202491711191
