**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 AM to 3:18 PM. **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured - CLT labor code * Coordinate daily activities of a production team to ensure production operations occur according to planned specifications and production schedules; volume, cost, and waste targets; and quality standards; * Monitor production volume and quality, adjusting tasks, time, setup, or inputs so that production specifications are met and resources are used efficiently; * Supervise staff to ensure all production tasks are performed and all equipment and machinery operated safely. Provide support to the production chain, ensuring production meets expected business volumes, quality, costs, and safety, maintenance, and cleanliness standards; * Ensure proper operation of equipment related to the process by establishing and maintaining safe operating procedures. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations across all processes within the unit, including third-party operations; * Promote growth and improvements within the unit.
