Teamwork and support to operators **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** To be informed during the interview. **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Clean all boiler equipment and areas using brooms, pointed shovels, hand carts, and rakes. Use of treated water for cleaning is permitted, provided it is used consciously to avoid waste; * Perform inspections on all departmental equipment according to the weekly activity matrix; * Assist operators in field activities whenever requested. (Valve opening/closing, turbine drain opening/closing, chip conveyor bypass opening, activation of support areas, material requisitions, and product replenishment); * Assist boiler and cogeneration operators in collecting biomass samples and measuring moisture content; * Assist in collecting and entering operational report data; * Assist boiler and cogeneration operators every Monday in switching reserve equipment. (Verify that pump suction and discharge valves are properly operated, check for leaks, and confirm equipment readiness for startup). Always perform this task in communication with and under guidance from the boiler and cogeneration operator located in the control room via radio; * Conduct or assist boiler and cogeneration operators every Monday in measuring biomass stock levels; * Clean the cogeneration area using clean cloths, brooms, and mops. Water use is permitted only with prior approval from immediate supervisor; * Assist boiler and cogeneration operators during monthly maintenance by performing cleaning, assembly, and disassembly of equipment; * Open and close inspection hatches; * Monitor equipment maintenance alongside support teams; * Assist the boiler and cogeneration operator team in identifying and preparing materials required for equipment interventions; * Assist boiler and cogeneration operators during annual maintenance by performing cleaning, assembly, and disassembly of equipment; * Open and close inspection hatches; * Monitor equipment maintenance alongside support teams; * Assist the boiler and cogeneration operator team in identifying and preparing materials required for equipment interventions; * Assist in cleaning equipment in other departments on an occasional basis. Whenever requested by the immediate supervisor, assist the Soybean Receiving, Preparation, Pelletizing, Extraction, Lecithin, Biodiesel, SPC, Molasses Lecithin, Ethanol, and Dispatch departments with cleaning activities; * Perform other duties inherent to the position or as directed by the immediate supervisor, provided the employee is qualified and such duties align with their knowledge and experience, without compromising physical, mental, or moral integrity. * Maintain company-provided equipment, vehicles, and assets used daily in good working order; * Perform tasks in accordance with the Integrated Management System (IMS) policies; * Be aware of potential environmental impacts of one’s activities and associated health and safety consequences; * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent harm to one’s health, when required, as specified in the PPE Manual; * Follow IMS (Integrated Management System) procedures and instructions; * Store and dispose of waste appropriately to prevent soil, air, and water contamination and minimize disturbance to neighbors; * Act, if necessary, in accordance with Emergency Brigade guidelines and emergency procedures; * Avoid wasting natural resources, such as water, energy, fuels, etc. **Requirements:** * Primary education; * Proactivity. **Benefits:** Health insurance, Dental insurance, On-site meals, Transportation, Meal allowance
