Job Summary: The professional will perform preventive maintenance on distribution networks, carry out repairs on electrical installations, and operate distribution equipment. Key Highlights: 1. No prior experience in the field required **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** During training: Monday to Friday, 07:30–11:30 and 13:30–17:30; thereafter rotating shift **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Initially, candidates will undergo a selection process; if approved at all stages, they will be hired as electrician assistants and undergo a 3-month training period (during which they will receive salary and benefits; training occurs during regular working hours, i.e., they will be employed and receive due training to work in the field after these 3 months). After training and upon becoming qualified electricians, their responsibilities and duties will include: * Performing preventive maintenance on distribution networks; * Carrying out preventive maintenance according to procedures and technical standards; * Analyzing tasks to determine appropriate materials; * Meeting pre-established deadlines; * Properly completing Work Orders per established standards; * Conducting visual inspections of physical conditions of distribution networks and lines; * Following correct sequence for opening and closing equipment; * Performing necessary corrections on distribution networks; * Repairing electrical installations and auxiliary equipment for protection of building premises and substation yards; * Performing switching operations on switches and equipment in distribution systems to isolate sections of the electrical system for maintenance or expansion work; * Inspecting equipment; * Operating switches and distribution equipment per operational procedures. * Reporting irregularities found in distribution networks to COD; * Connecting, disconnecting, installing/removing, and replacing energy meters and auxiliary equipment (CT/VT), and inspecting consumer units; * Operating switches and equipment in unattended substations per operational procedures and commands issued by COD/COS operators. * Inspecting substation equipment; * Preparing reports on operational conditions of substations; * Installing/removing and replacing public lighting lamps and auxiliary lighting equipment; * Installing/removing and replacing public lighting arms; * Checking connections in distribution networks; * Preparing distribution network sketches to feed the SGD system; * Reporting irregularities detected during field inspections to COD/COS; * Correctly completing distribution network inspection forms; * Testing equipment operation per technical standards; * Safely and appropriately recovering and expanding low-voltage electrical installations in substations; * Driving vehicles while maintaining them in good condition, complying with the National Traffic Code and internal regulations, avoiding inappropriate speeds, abrupt braking or maneuvers, and safeguarding company materials and equipment; * Conducting distribution network inspections to ensure continuity of power supply or restoration of the system under fault conditions; * Reporting irregularities detected during field inspections to COD/COS; • Correctly completing distribution network inspection forms; * Testing equipment operation per technical standards; * Safely and appropriately recovering and expanding low-voltage electrical installations in substations. * Driving vehicles while maintaining them in good condition, complying with the National Traffic Code and internal regulations, avoiding inappropriate speeds, abrupt braking or maneuvers, and safeguarding company materials and equipment. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Valid driver’s license, category B; No experience in the field is required. * **Benefits:** Childcare allowance, Education allowance, Pharmacy allowance, Gympass, Others, Profit-sharing program (PPR), Health insurance plan, Dental insurance plan, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
