Monitor and record production indicators and operational incidents **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Mon-Fri \- 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM \| 12:30 PM to 5:18 PM. **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Operate, monitor, and control drying machines to ensure product quality, including grains, residues, or sand; * Adjust operational parameters such as temperature, airflow, and humidity according to technical specifications and production targets; * Perform first-level maintenance and periodic cleaning of equipment to ensure proper functioning and continuity of the production process; * Monitor and record daily production indicators and any operational incidents; * Monitor product quality during the drying process to prevent losses, deterioration, or contamination; * Strictly comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Willingness to reside in company-provided accommodation; * Prior experience as a dryer operator or in roles related to grain processing is considered a plus; * Technical knowledge of dryer operation (e.g., cross-flow, rotary, etc.); * Ability to operate control panels and adjust parameters such as temperature, airflow, and humidity; * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance and equipment cleaning; * Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment to product safety and quality.
