**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** 07:00/15:00/23:00 \-180H. Rotating 6x2 shift schedule.

**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Serve the public (employees, visitors, service providers, and drivers), directing them to respective departments;
* Take over the shift, detailing daily incidents to ensure continuity of work initiated in the previous shift;
* Generate visitor, service provider, and other required process entry passwords in the system, accessing SAP to input vehicle and driver information;
* Inspect all vehicles entering and exiting the company, completing the checklist of items inside each vehicle; if any material or equipment is found being removed from the facility, the driver must possess a valid invoice or authorization from the responsible party permitting such removal;
* Coordinate the number of trucks entering the yard at any given time, maintaining an orderly queue at the weighbridge;
* Call vehicles for classification, loading, and unloading processes via the sound system or by physically approaching the vehicle;
* Instruct drivers to park in designated and orderly locations;
* Guide the public on appropriate attire per company standards (pants, closed shirt, and footwear), personal protective equipment (PPE), and best practices;
* Maintain a clean and organized workplace;
* Activate the alarm center immediately upon detecting incidents;
* Arrange taxi services to pick up or drop off employees, always with prior approval from immediate supervision;
* Perform other duties inherent to the role or as directed by immediate leadership, provided the employee is qualified and such tasks align with their knowledge and experience, without compromising physical, mental, or moral integrity.
* Safeguard company-provided equipment, vehicles, and assets used daily, ensuring they remain orderly and ready for proper use;
* Carry out tasks in accordance with SGI (Integrated Management System) policies;
* Be aware of potential environmental impacts of one’s activities and associated health and safety consequences;
* Use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent harm to one’s health when required, as stipulated in the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Manual;
* Understand one’s role and responsibility in preventing food contamination or spoilage.
* Follow SGI (Integrated Management System) procedures and instructions;
* Store and dispose of waste appropriately to prevent soil, air, and water contamination and avoid nuisance to neighbors;
* Act, if necessary, according to Brigade guidelines and Emergency Procedures;
* Avoid wastage of natural resources, such as water, energy, fuels, etc.
**Requirements:**
* Completed elementary or high school education;
* Good communication skills.
