Support leaders in people management and enhance engagement Grupo Águia is an irrigation, agricultural machinery, and implements company seeking an HR professional to continue and advance HR structuring—reinforcing existing processes, practices, and culture; expanding efforts in talent attraction, development, and retention; and connecting people to the company’s strategic drivers and results generation. Responsibilities: * Continue and evolve already-established HR processes (Recruitment & Selection, onboarding, existing routines and practices) * Consolidate and standardize workflows, policies, and responsibilities * Support leaders in people management (feedback, conflict resolution, discipline) * Structure and strengthen leadership development * Implement and improve HR metrics * Support talent attraction and retention * Proactively reduce labor-related risks * Reinforce team culture and engagement Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields * MBA in HR is a plus * Proven experience as an HR manager * Generalist profile covering all HR subsystems * Driver’s license category B * Willingness to travel * Training: Microsoft Office Suite (basic/intermediate Excel), Behavioral assessment tools, Recruitment & Selection, Basic occupational safety knowledge, Labor legislation Benefits: * Competitive compensation * Unimed health insurance * Life insurance * Language assistance
