Conducting interviews and onboarding new employees? Training and Development? Monitoring probationary periods? Performance evaluation and leadership support Requirements: ?? Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree?? Prior experience in HR?? Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactive attitude?? Location: Sorriso/MT Requirements Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; Prior HR experience, especially in recruitment and selection; Knowledge of Training & Development (T&D) and performance evaluation processes; Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education)
