Junior Training and Development Analyst responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing training programs, identifying training needs, and acting as an internal trainer.

**Employment Type:** CLT \| Full-time \| On-site
**Salary:** R$ 4\.368,00
**Main Responsibilities:*** Deliver **training sessions and development programs**, in accordance with departmental guidelines
* Plan, organize, and implement **in-person and/or online training programs**
* Collaborate with internal departments to conduct **Training Needs Assessments (TNA)**
* Support the development, updating, and delivery of **training materials and content**
* Lead training sessions, support facilitators, and act as an **internal trainer**, where applicable
* Monitor **reaction and effectiveness evaluations** of training programs
* Maintain and organize **training records**
**Requirements:*** Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, or related fields**
* **Strong communication skills**, professional demeanor, and ability to lead group sessions
* Dynamic profile with **adaptability** and experience engaging diverse audiences
* **Willingness to travel**
* Valid **driver's license (Category B)** and willingness to drive
**Working Hours:*** Monday to Friday, from **07:00 to 17:30, with a 2-hour lunch break.**
