**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Identify and prospect new customers through visits, product presentations, and lead qualification on the "Campos Dealer" platform.
* Conduct negotiations, ensuring compliance with used-equipment trade-in and financing policies.
* Manage the evaluation process for used equipment, initiating initial inspection tasks and completing the Trade-In Form.
* Capture leads during events from visit lists defined by the VAMOS AGRO Marketing Team.
* Offer customers the possibility of evaluating their used equipment, if of interest to VAMOS AGRO.
* Perform the initial inspection and fully complete the Dealership Trade-In Form (Annex 3 of Internal Procedure), following guidelines outlined in the Commercial Policy and Used-Equipment Acceptance Policy.
* Officially forward the Trade-In Form to the Store Manager for submission to the Pricing Desk.
* Track feedback from the Pricing Desk regarding the validated value of the used equipment, approved by the Regional Sales Manager and Store Manager.
* Align presentation strategy for the value to the customer based on commercial guidelines.
* Present the value of the used equipment clearly and professionally, beginning with positive points and addressing potential customer objections per the Internal Procedure.
* Conduct negotiations considering customer expectations and alignment with internal policies; prepare product demonstrations as needed.
* Perform pre-shipment inspections at the customer’s property, verifying easily observable items as described in the VAMOS AGRO Used-Equipment Reception Policy.
* Ensure the approved Trade-In Form is attached to the used-equipment documentation as a permanent part of the record.
* Maintain ongoing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
* Provide technical and commercial post-sales support, including monitoring delivery and functionality of new or used equipment.
* Accurately complete cash, financed, or direct sales orders—including registration details, equipment configuration, and payment terms.
* Complete the recommendation letter at the time of sale closing (Financed Sales).
* Collect signatures on the BACEN term (Financed Sales).
* Use CRM and ERP tools to register and monitor negotiations and orders.
* Regularly update sales reports and performance indicators.
* Represent the company at events, promoting products and capturing leads via visit lists, per guidance from the VAMOS AGRO Marketing Team.
* Complete required factory training, provided by AGCO.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed High School education;
* Driver’s License Category B;
* Ability to quickly learn and adapt to systems;
* Knowledge of commercial routines and agricultural financing;
* Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency;
* Availability for flexible hours and travel.
