




Description: * Control accidents by analyzing prevention schemes; investigate accidents that have occurred, examining the conditions of the incident to identify their causes and propose appropriate measures; * Issue CAT / Report and inform the government of the accident, record irregularities and compile accident statistics; * Inspect / warn / train employees on the correct use of PPE, inspect workplace locations, facilities and equipment and determine accident risk factors; * Inspect fire fighting stations, examining: hoses, hydrants, extinguishers and fire protection equipment; * Propose safety standards and devices, suggesting possible modifications to equipment and facilities and verifying compliance, to prevent accidents; * Train hospital staff on safety regulations, fire fighting and other occupational accident prevention measures; * Coordinate the publication of materials on occupational safety, preparing instructions and guiding the creation of posters and notices to promote and develop accident prevention habits; * Participate in occupational safety meetings, preparing instructions and guiding the creation of posters and notices to promote and develop accident prevention habits; * Organization and administration of CIPA; * Develop and analyze department indicators; * Keep the Senior system updated with mandatory filings and e-Social, control medical certificates and refer employees for examinations.
