Please note that all our opportunities are open to persons with disabilities. **LEARN ABOUT OUR AREA:** The Production Research area plays a crucial role in launching new corn hybrids, provides strategic recommendations for seed production, and develops innovations prioritizing seed quality and cost reduction through field- and plant-level experiments conducted across various regions of Brazil. **YOUR MISSION WILL BE:** * Identify, negotiate, and contract external fields for experimentation in accordance with compliance guidelines. * Plan, implement, conduct, and evaluate agricultural experiments. * Ensure quality and efficiency of services provided by third parties. * Contribute to team development and technical discussions with advanced knowledge of breeding lines. * Establish a network of contacts with other company departments (Field Production, Breeding, Agricultural Services, etc.) to exchange knowledge and best practices in agricultural research. * Comply with quality, safety, health, and environmental policies and objectives. Contribute to continuous improvement of products and services, reduce accident risks, promote rational use of natural resources, and ensure proper waste disposal.
