Responsibilities and duties * Perform payroll closing, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with deadlines; * Handle submissions of ancillary obligations (E-social, DCTFWeb, and DIRF); * Conduct admission processes, job position changes, salary adjustments, and internal transfers; * Perform calculations for employment terminations, ensuring compliance with legal regulations; * Be responsible for monitoring the electronic timekeeping system, tracking attendance, overtime, and working hours; * Manage the entire benefits package such as health insurance, dental plans, life insurance, among others, including enrollments, removals, scheduling, and updating information; * And other related activities inherent to the role. Requirements and qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of labor laws and HR procedures; * Experience with TOTVS RM system will be an advantage; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B). 2511160202461811136
