Our work is guided by values that shape all our interactions: ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** * Serving drivers and owners of transportation companies; * Analyzing freight market conditions in loading regions; * Issuing LDC Transportes fiscal documents; * Issuing Loading Orders; * Managing in-transit cargo (Origin x Destination); * Managing LDC Transportes loading points to ensure operational fluidity and control; * Monthly monitoring of individual performance dashboards (Workday); * Analyzing performance and management reports, setting targets, and tracking results; * Ensuring updates and standardization of LDC Transportes procedures; * Monitoring cargo endorsement processes with insurers; * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) — Following guidelines and working in accordance with Codex Alimentarius, Ministry of Agriculture, and GMP B2 requirements to ensure food safety compliance; * Adhering to Company Policies and Standards, Local and Divisional Procedures, and conducting safety inspections within one’s own department to prevent accidents; * Responsible for freight quotations for the unit; * Ensuring all vehicles loaded at the unit are covered by a risk manager; **Qualifications** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in commercial, logistics, production, or administrative fields. **Additional Information** **Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
