Inspect equipment and perform routine cleaning **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Defined during the interview. **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Load biodiesel, ethanol, refined glycerin, fatty acid, and lecithin according to loading procedures to ensure the vehicle is loaded with the correct quantity and quality; * Perform unloading of biodiesel, crude glycerin, and caustic soda as required, following specific procedures, completing appropriate records, using support equipment for sample collection, paying attention\-to potential contaminants, ensuring food safety and quality, performing tasks correctly, safely, and on schedule without delays, guaranteeing environmental, industrial, and personal safety, with no risk of product contamination; * Conduct representative sampling from final tanks according to sampling procedures to monitor product quality parameters over time and issue certificates for commercialization; * Measure levels of final product tanks, observing ullage height, to calculate the quantity of stored product; * Accurately complete departmental forms according to established procedures to document all performed activities; * Replace biodiesel loading filters according to filter replacement procedures to ensure the quality of loaded products; * Perform additional sampling during loading according to sampling procedures to verify product quality; * Execute cleaning routines according to the department’s cleaning procedures to maintain departmental organization and upkeep; * Replace pipeline gaskets and loading filters to ensure equipment and pipeline integrity; * Inspect departmental equipment, checking for leaks, unusual noises, or line blockages, to ensure equipment availability; * Visually analyze bottom samples from biodiesel tanks, comparing them against standard reference charts, to assess the quality of product stored at the tank bottom; * Perform cleaning of final tanks during annual shutdowns by pumping residual product from the tank bottom to ensure future stored product quality; * Assist other departments when requested by immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Availability for shift rotation. **Benefits:** Profit Sharing Program \- PPR, Health Insurance Plan, Dental Insurance Plan, On\-site Meal, Transportation, Food Allowance
