**Description:** We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join W1 and contribute to structuring and evolving the databases and dashboards that support strategic decision-making. We seek a curious, organized individual with a strong desire to learn and grow within a data-driven environment. **Key Responsibilities:** Support the development and maintenance of data structures (analytical tables, data marts, and consumption layers) that underpin business reporting; Perform data queries and transformations in SQL, applying best practices for clarity and organization; Assist in creating and updating Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data consistency and quality; Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to build analytical pipelines and models; Support business areas in gathering requirements and defining KPIs, under the guidance of more experienced professionals; Contribute to documenting models, dashboards, and processes to strengthen standardization and data governance.
