* We are seeking a professional to conduct analysis and requirements gathering, specification, modeling, dashboard development, ETL, and reporting; analyze business management strategies through relationship management with members; design and implement KPIs, and provide support to other company departments; monitor and analyze the results of data verification and validation routines used in reports and studies conducted by the department; create and maintain up-to-date documentation and repositories of business rules developed by the department; assist in information manipulation using software (BI and CRM) that supports decision-making. **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this role, you will be responsible for:** * Planning, producing, and updating managerial reports/dashboards; * Structuring tools to support business decision-making; * Performing data tabulation and analysis; **You may also:** * Propose solutions for process improvements through technology applications; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of programming and BI; * Advanced Excel skills, with experience developing tools (VBA programming, MySQL).
