What will your responsibilities be? * Process operations (bagging machines, bulk bag scales, verification scales, raw material silos). * Assist Operator III in selecting and preparing silos for raw material blending. * Maintain appropriate raw material silo levels to ensure uninterrupted production. * Daily inspection of screens on Sieve #1 and Sieve #2. * Daily cleaning of screens on Sieve #1 and Sieve #2, as required for production. * Collect samples from bulk bags according to Quality Control procedures. * Assist with bagging machine and bag-weighing scale operations. * Keep bagging machines properly calibrated and clean. * Verify loading orders against labels to ensure accuracy. * Maintain up-to-date inventory records for empty bags and bulk bags. * Verify fertilizer unloading orders and direct union workers to the correct unloading location. * Verify phosphate bagging loading orders and provide guidance to union workers. * Inspect storage bays to enhance inventory and quality control. * Perform equipment and facility area cleaning. * Cleaning activities involving critical tasks (confined space entry, working at heights). * Comply fully with all EHS policies and procedures.
