Development of knowledge in control systems and reporting **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** From 07:00 to 16:00. **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform auxiliary activities in plant operation and 5S maintenance, following direct instructions, to ensure proper functioning; * Maintain continuous communication with teams responsible for molasses lecithin and ethanol plants, ensuring process synergy; * Study and map the entire process flow, including inputs and outputs of each component as well as required valve operations, and present findings to the production supervisor; * Develop proficiency in using process control screens via the supervisory system, completing electronic reports, forms, and available tools (SAP, MES, etc.), always under supervision of an operator or immediate superior; * Understand, monitor, and support achievement of departmental targets (e.g., DDO indicators, productivity, quality, safety, etc.); * Understand, monitor, and oversee control points and critical control points (CCPs) within the department, consistently ensuring final product safety and quality; * Collect samples from the department according to defined frequency for laboratory analysis; * Conduct collections for reprocessing or disposal of non-conforming products, following current procedures; * Clean equipment, floors, and structures in the department per established procedures and production supervisor instructions; * Perform tasks in accordance with quality, environmental, health, and safety policies; * Any operational intervention or maintenance assistance on equipment must follow the current lockout/tagout procedure; * Remain vigilant for any process changes and promptly inform the operations team and immediate supervisor; * Know and comply with Integrated Management System (IMS) procedures and instructions; * Resolve departmental pending issues during scheduled or unscheduled plant shutdowns, such as gasket replacements, internal/external equipment cleaning, equipment inspections, and assisting the maintenance team when needed; * Assist in receiving chemical products and raw materials, handling and storing them in inventory for use; * Load molasses per the area’s operational procedure; * If necessary and upon instruction from the immediate supervisor, assist other departments with cleaning, supervised maintenance, etc.; * Perform other duties inherent to the role or as directed by immediate leadership, provided the employee is qualified and such tasks align with their knowledge and experience, without endangering physical, mental, or moral integrity; * Safeguard equipment, vehicles, and company assets made available for daily work, maintaining them in proper order for appropriate use; * Perform tasks in accordance with IMS (Integrated Management System) policies; * Be aware of potential environmental impacts of one’s activities and associated health and safety consequences; * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent harm to one’s health whenever required, as stipulated in the PPE Manual; * Be aware of one’s role and responsibility in preventing food contamination or deterioration. * Follow IMS (Integrated Management System) procedures and instructions; * Store and dispose of waste appropriately to prevent soil, air, and water contamination and avoid nuisance to neighbors; * Act, if necessary, per instructions from the Emergency Brigade and emergency procedures; * Avoid waste of natural resources, such as water, energy, fuels, etc. **Requirements:** * Basic education; * Proactive. **Benefits:** Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, On-site Meals, Transportation, Meal Voucher
