The Junior Commercial Analyst position will be based in Sorriso/MT. **Job Purpose:** Act as support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operation throughout the entire commercial cycle: customer service, preparation and submission of proposals, monitoring credit registrations and flows, sustainability verification, formalization of guarantees, invoice releases and delivery scheduling, up to effective financial receipt. The role aims to improve customer experience, ensure process governance and support commercial management efficiency, freeing up the sales team to focus on relationships, portfolio maintenance and prospecting new business opportunities. Ensure fluidity and governance throughout the entire commercial cycle—from proposal to payment receipt—enhancing customer experience and supporting sales team efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Commercial proactivity, excellent customer service, relationship building, strong communication and results focus. * Support customer portfolio management (new, recurring and potential customers). * Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Credit, Sustainability, Logistics, and CHS plant to enhance customer experience. * Act as focal point for internal and external requests. Prepare proposals, register them in systems and follow up (Agrométrica, D-365, Email, others). * Monitor credit pending issues and invoice release approvals. * Control and organize notarial workflows (CPRs, certificates, records) — in collaboration with credit team. * Act as liaison for sales collections (cash/credit/bags and/or through credit assignment — signature workflows until system clearance, legal support). * Anticipate LOW BALANCE requests and send to producer. * Maintain/participate in sales, deliveries and scheduling reports in Power BI. Conduct demand forecasting, commercial focus, per cycle, weekly, etc. (inputs and grains). * Monitor SLAs and act as process auditor.
