




Job Summary: Responsible for designing and optimizing the user experience across the company's digital channels, ensuring simple, intuitive navigation with high conversion rates. Creates wireframes, prototypes, and final layouts focused on conversion **JOB OBJECTIVE** Responsible for designing and optimizing the user experience across the company's digital channels (website, pages, checkout, etc.), ensuring simple, intuitive navigation with high conversion rates. Directly contributes to improving the customer journey, focusing on performance, usability, and sales impact. It is not just visual design — it is results-oriented design. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design and optimize interfaces (website, product pages, landing pages, checkout, etc.) * Improve the user experience throughout the entire customer journey * Collaborate directly with CRO and growth teams * Identify friction points and navigation bottlenecks * Propose improvements focused on conversion * Create wireframes, prototypes, and final layouts * Ensure visual consistency and usability * Participate in A/B testing and hypothesis validation * Adjust layouts based on data and user behavior * Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams * Ensure responsiveness and mobile experience * Monitor UX/UI trends and implement practical improvements **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS** * Experience in UI/UX (web and mobile) * Proficiency in tools such as Figma (or similar) * Experience creating wireframes and prototypes * Knowledge of UX principles (user journey, usability, etc.) * Understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization) * Experience in e-commerce * Knowledge of responsive design (mobile-first) * Experience with A/B testing * Ability to collaborate with development teams * Experience with analytics tools (Hotjar, GA, etc.) **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in high-performance e-commerce * Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS) * Experience in data-driven design * Use of AI for prototyping and creation * Experience with marketplaces **WORK MODEL** * On-site * Dynamic routine with high delivery demands * Integration with growth, CRO, and technology teams Compensation: R$1.840,91 - R$7.748,82 per month Work Location: On-site
