Autonomy and execution focus, working closely with the CTO/Product **About the Position** We are looking for an AI-Driven (AI-First) Fullstack Developer who masters modern web development and utilizes code agents via CLI to accelerate delivery with quality, security, and architectural standards. You will work directly on the product, focusing on rapid evolution, stability, and scalability. **Responsibilities** * Develop and evolve web applications using React.js / Next.js / TypeScript * Implement APIs and services with Python + Django, following Clean Architecture * Work with AI Code Agents via CLI (e.g., Claude Code, GPT CLI, Gemini CLI) using structured prompts * Integrate and operate solutions on AWS and/or Azure (deployment, storage, observability, security) * Ensure quality through testing, best practices, code reviews, and concise documentation * Work closely with the CTO/Product, exercising autonomy and execution focus **Required Qualifications** * React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript (proven production experience) * Python + Django, organized by layers and adhering to Clean Architecture * Experience with AI-assisted development (CLI agents + structured prompts, e.g., RALPH) * Best practices: Git, CI/CD, testing, documentation, REST APIs * Solid understanding of cloud platforms: AWS and/or Azure, security, and deployment **Nice-to-Have Qualifications** * Docker, IaC (Terraform), Kubernetes * Observability (APM, logs, metrics, tracing) * Applied security (OWASP, authentication, JWT/OAuth) * Startup experience (speed + responsibility) **Ideal Profile** * Hands-on, fast, responsible, and results-oriented * Capable of delivering quality under pressure * Strong communicator and autonomous worker **What We Expect in the First 60–90 Days** * Accelerate deliveries using AI + quality engineering * Standardize backend architecture and consistency * Improve system stability, traceability, and security
