➢ Follow the Work Instruction of your cell/station; ➢ Check and identify materials in warehouses; ➢ Report logistic incidents according to supplier deviations during material receipt; ➢ Store materials in the warehouse as needed; ➢ Organize material storage to preserve their physical integrity and usability according to each material's characteristics, as well as to facilitate their location and handling; ➢ Perform stock movements to improve material arrangement based on turnover and storage saturation; ➢ Remove defective cans, ensuring product quality. ➢ Evaluate and reduce losses by avoiding unnecessary disposal. ➢ Use PPE correctly. ➢ Prevent unsafe acts and conditions. ➢ Organize the sequencing of pallets for rework. ➢ Record data in control spreadsheets and indicators. ➢ Prevent label mixing between pallets. ➢ Identify visual and structural issues in cans. ➢ Conduct quality inspections and fill out checklist reports. ➢ Support can replenishment in the washer and notify supervisor in case of failures.
