If you want to grow, learn, and be part of a journey full of speed, strategy, and teamwork… This is your place on pole position! **Responsibilities:** Distribute and carry out tasks, monitor performance, and ensure daily routines are executed; Organize warehouse layout and material placement to optimize space and ensure easy product access; Control material receipt, verifying invoices, quantities, and condition of received items; Organize warehouse layout and addressing (WMS); Coordinate dispatch activities, ensuring cargo and loaded items match the invoice; Perform invoice entry and issuance in the system; Request and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance services for warehouse equipment and infrastructure; Safeguard assets and maintain facilities and equipment; Control and record stock material requisitions and withdrawals, keeping the system updated; Manage loading and unloading windows; Occasionally operate forklifts as needed to support operations; Act proactively to continuously improve processes and increase operational efficiency. **Qualifications and Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress; Experience leading teams, warehouse organization, and inventory management; Experience with WMS or similar systems (product addressing); Experience in receiving, storage, and dispatch; Knowledge of invoice entry and issuance; Ability to identify needs and initiate maintenance actions (asset safeguarding); Experience in stock material requisition and withdrawal; Loading window control and loading sequence management; Willingness to occasionally operate forklifts. **Benefits:** * **Medical Assistance** – health always on pole position. * **Dental Assistance** – to care for your champion’s smile. * **Flexible Meal Allowance** – make the pit stop that suits your hunger. * **Bonus** – an extra turbo boost for your performance. * **Total Pass** – guaranteed training sessions to keep your engine always warmed up.
